ADBL customers can now renew DishHome services via Smart Plus app
Agricultural Development Bank Limited customers can now renew DishHome internet and television subscriptions through the bank's Smart Plus mobile app.
Customers of Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) can now renew their DishHome subscriptions through the bank's Smart Plus mobile app, without having to go to a payment counter.
According to reports from Newspolar, Kendrabindu, Deshsanchar and Makalu Khabar, three kinds of DishHome service can be renewed in the app: the combined internet and IPTV package, the combined internet and DTH television package, and the standalone DishHome DTH television service.
The arrangement is expected to make renewals quicker and simpler, so that subscribers can keep their services running without a break.
DishHome said it has been offering renewal through a range of electronic payment channels and is continuing to add digital options so that customers can pay in the way that suits them. The Smart Plus app is the newest of these; customers can still renew through the other digital payment platforms already available.
