Hansraj Hulaschand & Company, the authorised distributor of Bajaj vehicles in Nepal, has launched a festive offer on its Wego electric three-wheeler under the slogan "Festive Cheer, Rs. 50,000 Off on Wego." New buyers get a Rs. 50,000 discount, and customers trading in an old vehicle can receive an exchange valuation of up to Rs. 30,000. Financing is available through Hulas Finserv Hire Purchase Limited, with instalments of up to 36 months.
The Wego uses a lithium iron phosphate battery and an electric motor; the company says it has a range of about 130 to 140 kilometres per charge. It comes with regenerative braking, hill-hold assist and Eco and Power riding modes, and carries a warranty of six years or 150,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
