Forty women motorcyclists completed a four-day journey from Pokhara to Mustang in the second edition of the Mystic Mustang Ride.
Forty female motorcyclists recently completed a four-day journey through the Himalayas as part of the second edition of the 'Mystic Mustang Ride.' The event, organized by Alpha Automotive, the official distributor of Royal Enfield in Nepal, concluded after traversing the route from Pokhara to Mustang.
According to Kharibot and Nagarik News, the ride ran for four days, from Kartik 12 to 15 (October 29 to November 1, 2026). It set off on Thursday from Classic Drive in Pokhara, where Meghraj Paudel, a director at Alpha Automotive, flagged off the participants.
Organizers said the aim of the initiative was to encourage women to ride long distances, build their confidence and widen women's participation in the riding community. Nagarik News reported that such rides are expected to contribute to tourism promotion in Nepal, helping to present destinations such as Mustang, and the country's natural and cultural diversity, to audiences at home and abroad.
A Royal Enfield service van travelled with the group to deal with any technical problems the motorcycles might develop on the long journey and to provide service support, Nagarik News reported.
According to Nagarik News, Royal Enfield promotes riding culture, community building and adventure travel in Nepal under its 'Pure Motorcycling' concept. Alpha Automotive said it plans to continue such programmes in the future to increase women's participation, develop a safe and responsible riding culture and strengthen the Royal Enfield community. Along the way, the participants experienced Nepal's mountain geography and natural scenery, and the organizers said the ride strengthened ties and the exchange of experience among the women riders.
